She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Thomas Leadmon and Thelma Valentine Joplin Leadmon; her husband Dennie Vincent Neff; and her daughter Denna Ann Neff. She is survived by: her children, Berkley Thomas Neff (Sharon) of Hampton Georgia and Bonnie Lee Neff Jackson (Earl) of Rock Hill; her grandchildren, Travis Andrew Jackson (Melissa) of Rock Hill, Ginger Neff Pack (Scott) of Rock Hill, Jill Neff Omel (Michael) of Brandon, FL and Connie Neff Burrows (Mike) of Zephyrhills, FL; her stepgrandson Rich Bragg; her great grandchildren, Drew, Annslee Jackson, Cody, Sidney Pack, Tammy Omel Williams (Morgan), Kylie Omel, Ashley Croxton, Tristan and Samuel Burrows; and her friend Elva Anderson. She is also survived by several Nieces and Nephews.
Her greatest love and joy was her family of which she was extremely proud! he family will receive friends following the service at the church, in lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in Rose's name to Aldersgate United Methodist Church, 2115 Celanese Rd., Rock Hill, SC 29732 or to Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House 2275 India Hook Rd. Rock Hill, SC 29732.
