He was predeceased by: his parents, John Howe and Lucy Howell Howe; his wife Nancy Carol Howe; and his brothers, Michael Howe, Richard Howe, Ray Howe and Wayne Howe.
He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey E. Howe, Debra Howe and Anne Thomas (Brandon); his grandchildren, Meagan Howe, Taylor Evans and Thomas Evans; and his brothers, Johnny Howe (Judy) and Charles Howe (Linda).
