He is survived by: his children, Randy Elkins (Tyhitia) of Rock Hill, James David Elkins (Malkara) of Rock Hill and Valerie Elkins of Rock Hill; his grandchildren, Ashley Bouknight, Isiah Elkins and Grace Elkins; and his sisters, Barbara Wray (Billy) of Midland, NC, Katie White (Terry) of Rock Hill and Mary Ellen Clark (Dick) of Rock Hill.
Born in Rock Hill, SC, Mr. Elkins was the son of the late George Elkins and the late Dot Parkinson Elkins.
