He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Boyd McFadden and Marie Wilson McFadden; his wife Willie Dean "Deanie" McFadden; his son Ralph Thomas McFadden, Jr.; and his siblings, Bobby McFadden, Billy McFadden and Juanita Sims.
He is survived by: his children, Carla Iannone of Rock Hill, Darla M. Smith (Clyde) of Gastonia, NC, William B. McFadden (Donna) of Whittier, NC and James L. McFadden (Patricia) of Rock Hill. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; and two brothers.
