She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh McGuirt and Lillian Tinkler McGuirt; and her siblings, Pete McGuirt, Buck McGuirt, Jake McGuirt, Frances Nunn, Faye Cooper, Martha Lucas, Lucille Turner and Mildred Timmons.
She is survived by: her husband James Franklin Sweatt; her daughters, Kimberly Robinson of Rock Hill, SC and Deana Banks (Jim) of Franklin, NC; her brothers, Ralph McGuirt (Ann) of Rock Hill, SC and Roger McGuirt (Brenda) of Rock Hill, SC; and her grandchildren, Kyle Corley, Brittany Merchant (Tyler) and Heath Robinson. She is also survived by her six great-grandchildren.
