We are sad to announce that on April 18, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Phyllis Watts (Rock Hill, South Carolina). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Catoe and Thelma Hardin Catoe; and her sister Joan C Sherrill. She is survived by: her husband Cecil Watts of Rock Hill; her children, Susan Kehl of Rock Hill and Phillip Watts of West Columbia; her grandson Timothy Kehl; and her nieces, Kitty Olson (Bob) of Rock Hill, Pam Kirkland (Stephen) of Columbia and Jimmie Lynn Sherrill (Brian Butts) of Rock Hill.
