It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phoebe Anne Looper (Rock Hill, South Carolina), born in Norton, Virginia, who passed away on April 17, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Otto Applegate Sr. and Eva Ellen Hunsucker Applegate; and her husband Roy Lee Looper. She is survived by: her daughters, Edith Manring (Mark) of Raleigh, NC, Lana Edwards (Al) of Orwell Ohio and Peggy Anderson (Steve) of Rock Hill; and her brother Henry "Pete" Applegate of Hendersonville Tennessee. She is also survived by thirty two grandchildren, twenty six great grandchildren and eight great, great grandchildren.
Due to COVID 19 a memorial service will be held at a later date.
