He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Blackwell Parker; his sister Linda Jackson (Glen); his sister-in-law Virginia Parker; his nieces and nephews, Angel Canto, Tina Reynolds and Robert Parker; his brother-in-law Herbie Blackwell; his nephew H. A. Blackwell (Melissa); and his nieces, Claire Blackwell and Tiffany Galik.
