He is survived by: his sons, David Sturgis (Carla), Rick Sturgis (Brenda), Danny Sturgis (Ginger) and Dale Sturgis (Nancy). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.
