She was predeceased by: her parents, William Davidson Shillinglaw and Elsie Horton Shillinglaw. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Goodson; her children, William Todd G. Goodson (Jennifer) of Matthews, NC and Margaret Elizabeth Goodson (Ronald Smith Bumgarner) of Rock Hill; her grandchildren, Scarlett Goodson, Melanie Goodson and Jacob Goodson; her sister Anna Shillinglaw Lemmon of Rock Hill; and her siblings-in-law, Nancy Hill (Dan), Lynn Johnson (Jonathan) and Randy Goodson (Ruth).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Mrs. Goodson's name to Cure SMA, 925 Busse Rd, Elk Grove Village, IL 60007.
