She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray H. Carter and Eura Phillips Carter; and her brothers, Robert F. Carter and Ray J. Carter. She is survived by: her husband Fred E. Weathers; her children, Stanley Eugene Weathers (Patsy), Janet Weathers Morris (Gary) of Rock Hill and Kenneth Carter Weathers (Wendy) of Ozark, Alabama; and her siblings, Thomas B. Carter and Betty C. Steele. She is also survived by six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made in Peggy's name to Catawba Baptist Church.
