He is survived by: his wife Judith Gastelu; his daughters, Marcela, Ana María and Gabriela; his grandchildren, Claudia, Marcela Arias, Edgar, Rafael, Lucia, Cecilia Balderrama, Estefania and Maria Fernanda Gastelu; his great grandchildren, Andres, Gabriel Gastelu, Sabrina Balderrama, Bojan Michovic, Martina, Isabela Balanza and Wara Oviedo; and his siblings, Luis, Elsa and Norah. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
