She is survived by: her children, Grant Puckett (Michele Puckett) and Hollie Puckett Gibson; her siblings, Lee Teal (Judy Teal) and Billie Ann Surett (Charles Surett); and her grandchildren, Will Efaw, Logan Efaw, Hunter Gibson, Amber Puckett, Ashley Puckett, Tanner Puckett and Gage Puckett. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
