With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patrick Moore in Rock Hill, South Carolina, who passed away on December 27, 2021 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Grace Moore Walker. He is survived by: his father John L. Reid, Sr. (Joe); his godmother Mary Louise Moore; his children, Montaye Stafford of Charlotte, NC, Johnathan Moore of Charlotte, NC and Patriece Thompson of Greensburg, PA; his grandchildren, Savon and India; his great grandchild Mekai Poe; and his siblings, Jozie Ledger, Jeanette Mackey, Sheena Wallace (Otis) and John L. Reid, Jr.. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
