With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Looper Fowler of Rock Hill, South Carolina, born in Chester, South Carolina, who passed away on March 29, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Avery Looper and Kathleen Cole Looper; her sons, Dennis, Brian and Russell Fowler; and her brother Jimmy Looper.
She is survived by: her son Chuck Fowler (Karen) of York, SC; her granddaughter Peyton Fowler of Great Falls, SC; and her siblings, Mitchell Looper (Grace) of Rock Hill, SC and Shelvie Ramsey (Terry) of Rock Hill, SC. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
