She was predeceased by: her parents, William B Foxx and Mary Evelyn Ayers Foxx; her husband Larry Threatt; and her son-in-law George Barker. She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara Barker of Rock Hill and Betty Anderson (Carl) of Monroe, NC. She is also survived by her two grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
