With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norma Threatt Currence of Rock Hill, South Carolina, born in York, South Carolina, who passed away on January 10, 2024 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Threatt and Edith Hartsell Threatt; her sisters, Ruth Ann Norton and Jane Workman; and her spouse Thomas William Currence.
She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Sauvigne (Craig) and Page Bowden (Bernie); her grandchildren, Brittney Garcia (Luis), Bella Bowden, Sophie Bowden and Quin Bowden; and her brother Richard Lewis Threatt (Janice) of Rock Hill.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Mrs. Currence's name to Antioch United Methodist Church, 930 W. Rambo Road, Rock Hill, SC 29730.
