She was predeceased by: her great grandchild Alexis (Avery); and her parents, Curtis Aaron and Beulah Sebastion Poarch. She is survived by: her sons, Curtis Avery Ghent, Sr. (Jenny) of Salisbury and James Steven Ghent of Atlanta; her grandsons, Curtis Avery Ghent Jr. (Tiffany) of Salisbury, NC and Kenneth Michael Ghent (Christin) of Mount Holly, NC; her great grandchildren, Destiny, Halie, Dalton, Roman, Gavin, Tristan and Alyvia; and her close friends, Bev, Doug, Jane, Jean, Janet, Lee and Buddy.
