With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mildred Osteen in Rock Hill, South Carolina, born in Sylva, North Carolina, who passed away on October 14, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Guthra Passmore; her husband Frank O'Steen; and her sisters, Zora Black, Jeraldine Lowery, Sheraldine Sims and Flossie Parrish.
She is survived by: her son F. Lee O'Steen (Gail) of Rock Hill; and her grandchildren, Lauren O'Steen and Matthew O'Steen. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
