He is survived by: his wife Janet Osborne Fincher of Rock Hill; his children, Cissy Nichols (Donnie) of Lake Wylie and Jeremy Fincher (Lynette) of Rock Hill; his grandchildren, Michael Fincher, III, Courtney Fincher, Dustin Nichols, Wesley Henning, Molly Clinton, Erica Fincher, Braylon Fincher and Ryker Fincher; his great grandchildren, Destiny Rigney, Riley Ritterpusch, Isalbella Bunch and Bentley Rainey; and his siblings, Larry Fincher, Bobby Fincher (Wanda) of York and Lynn Williams (Kevin). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
