He was predeceased by: his father Roy Edward McClanahan; and his brothers, James and Sammy McClanahan. He is survived by: his niece Denise Marhan (Pat) of York, SC; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Lindsey Blais (David), Patrick Marhan (Jessie) of Sharon, SC and Robert Marhan (Lailia) of York, SC; his sister-in-law Judy McClanahan of York, SC.; and also Everly of Monk's Corner, SC.
