He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Woodrow Percival and Helen Galloway Percival; and his brother Woodrow Percival. He is survived by: his wife Karen B. Percival; his children, Dale Percival (Ally) and Valerie Bull (Tom); his siblings, Alan Percival (Kim), Harriett Allen (Laney) and Beth Ross (Tim); and his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Carolann, Brayden and Blakely.
