He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Howe and Lucy Howe; his wife Lynda; his brothers, Johnny Howe (Judy), Charles Howe (Linda) and Roland Howe; and his stepchildren, Sheri, Mandy (Dean), Ann (Louis) and Jeff (Gwen). He was also cherished by 8 Step grandchildren and 4 Step Great grandchildren and multiple nieces and nephews.
