He was predeceased by: his parents, David B Roberts and Mae Etta Walters Roberts; his wife Rosa Lee Ayers Roberts; his siblings, Archie Olin Roberts, David Roberts, Lucille Fields, Audrey Williford and Betty Grier; his children, Charles "Pete" Roberts and Cathy Roberts; and his grandson Dale Durham.
He is survived by: his daughters, Diane Durham of Axtell, KS, Patricia Roberts Clark of Rock Hill, SC and Becky Roberts White (Tony) of Richburg, SC. He is also survived by his two grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
