We are sad to announce that on March 10, 2022, at the age of 66, Melanie Vivian Smith (Rock Hill, South Carolina), born in Augusta, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Arthur Rowe, Jr. and Billie Gay O'Daniel Rowe; and her brother James Arthur Rowe. She is survived by: her husband Sidney Smith; her brothers, Richard Ansley Rowe (Sarah) and William Daniel Rowe (Gloria); her sister-in-law Debbie Rowe; and her nieces and nephews, Ansley Rowe, Courtney Rowe, William Arthur Rowe III and Christopher Rowe.
