We are sad to announce that on September 11, 2021, at the age of 96, Mary L. Hough Minton (Rock Hill, South Carolina), born in Chester, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Martin Hough and Viola Mackey Hough Hefner; her husband Glenn Howard Minton, Sr.; her sons, Kenneth Morgan Stevens and Wade Richard Aiken; her stepparents, Raymond and Hassie Hefner; and her siblings, Robert "Bud" Hough, Ruby Blackwelder, Lottie Thomas and Hassie Starnes.

She is survived by: her children, Robbie M. Hough (Julia Hough) of Mc Connells, Chris Minton (Debra Minton) of Mc Connells, Howie Minton, Jr. of Catawba, SC, Diane Davis of Mc Connells and Debi Gantt (Bill Gantt) of Beaufort, SC; and her sister Annie Rosetta George of Rock Hill. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and 18 great-great-grandchildren.
