He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Callahan Scruggs; his children, Kelly Scruggs Wallace (Terry), Stephen (Pamela Eanette) and Jonathan; his grandsons, Andrew Wallace, Garrison Scruggs, Parker Scruggs, Bryson Scruggs and Kade Scruggs; his great grandchild Asher Dean Scruggs; his niece Robin Goode McDaniel (Gary); and his nephew Jamie Mitchell.
