He was predeceased by: his father Mark Henry Hall, Jr.; and his brothers-in-law, Jennings Neely, Jr. and George Siebel. He is survived by: his sisters, Linda Hall Neely of Rock Hill, SC and Vickie Hall Siebel of Mesa Farm; his nieces and nephews, Elizabeth Neely Turner, Mark Neely, Jim Turner, Buffy, Heather and Nathan Siebel; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jay, Caroline, Mary Catherine Turner, Dalton Neely, Olive and Holden Weinberg.
