She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie Phillips and Harriett Threatt Phillips; her husband James Leonard Crawford, Sr.; her grandson Marc Crawford; and her siblings, Ernest Buck Phillips and Billie Phillip Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Cathy Perry of Fort Mill, SC and Lenny Crawford of Lexington, SC; her grandchildren, Misti McGaha, James Leonard Crawford, III and Kaci Crawford; and her great grandchild Samantha McGaha.
