Livia Belk Broadnax Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Livia Belk Broadnax of Rock Hill, South Carolina, who passed away on August 2, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Heyward Belk and Gertrude Dozier Belk; her husband John Roderick Broadnax, Jr. (Hutch); and her siblings, Robert Livingston Belk and Gloria Belk Grant.
She is survived by: her sons, Roddy and Joe Mark; her grandchildren, Jack and Kate; her sons, Joseph Mark Broadnax of Rock Hill and John Roderick Broadnax III (Patricia); her grandchildren, Katheryn McKenzie Broadnax of Charlotte, NC and John Roderick Broadnax, IV of New York, NY; her siblings, Sylvia Belk Richardson (Larry) of Rock Hill, Diane Belk Simrill of Rock Hill and Donald Heyward Belk (Marty) of Isle; and her sister-in-law Phyllis Gulledge Belk of Rock Hill. She is also survived by her five brothers and sisters and their spouses.
All COVID-19 protocols will be observed at the funeral home as well as the church, including mask to be worn by all and social distancing.
