He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Cleveland Williams and Daisy Costner Williams; his grandsons, Johnny Lynn Williams, Jr. and Matthew Joseph Williams; and his siblings, Albert, Walter Jr., Ira, Jack, Calvin, Paul, Pete, Roy, Toy, Nannie, Nellie and Betty.
He is survived by: his wife Roberta Ann McDowell Williams; his sons, Jerrell Williams (Peggy) of Rock Hill, Ben Williams (Wadeen), Johnny Williams (Cindy) and Donald Williams (Jamie) of York, SC; his siblings, Reverend Tommy Williams of Rock Hill and Mildred R. Rabb of Marion, NC; and his grandchildren, Scott (Tina), Melissa (Jerrett), Julie (Chase), Jonathan (Donna), Benjamin (Andrea), Leslie (Justin), Josh, Jodi (Darrell), Willy (Jamie) and Zack (Summer).
