He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin Pinkham and Helen Pinkham; his brother Clayton Pinkham; and his sons, Timothy Jay, Timothy James and Daniel Abram Pinkham.
He is survived by: his wife Lillian Pinkham; his children, Christine Hupper, Elaine Pitka and Michael Pinkham; and his sisters, Sylvia Robinson and Marilyn Seaquist. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
