It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leslie Scruggs of Rock Hill, South Carolina, who passed away on September 3, 2021, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Murphy and Emily Murphy Pruitt; and her siblings, Michael Murphy, Matthew Murphy and Sarah Murphy.

She is survived by: her daughters, Shannon L. Bailey (James) of York, SC and Jasmine Lavizzo of Rock Hill, SC; her grandchildren, Kyle Bailey, Kevin Bailey, Marianna Lavizzo and Caleb Lavizzo; and her brother Bruce Murphy (Brenda) of Huntsville, AL..

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Mrs. Scruggs's name to York County Animal Shelter, 713 Justice Blvd, York, SC 29745.
