He was predeceased by: his parents, Lemey Toliver Webb and Birdie Mae Franks; and his sister Stella Stanley. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Wilburn Webb; his sister Shirley Passmore of Franklin, NC; his children, Morris Wayne Webb (Dawn) of Rock Hill and Marcia Ann Locklair (James) of Rock Hill; his grandchildren, Michael Webb, Rebekah Horne (Lee), Jeremy Locklair (Brittany), Noah Locklair and Allie Carter; and his great grandchildren, Mallory Horne, Cameron Brooks and Emma Brooks. He is also survived by his step sisters and brothers and many nieces and nephews.
