It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kendall Dover Carter of Rock Hill, South Carolina, born in Charlotte, North Carolina, who passed away on April 25, 2023, at the age of 33, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandfathers, Gary Whipple of Weddington and Gene Dover of Fort Mill; and her aunt Julie Dale Whipple. She is survived by: her parents, Kim Bainbridge of Jefferson, SC and Ken Dover (Amanda) of Fort Mill, SC; her children, Kenleigh Carter of Rock Hill and Mason Carter of Rock Hill; her grandmothers, June Carter of Waxhaw and Martha Dover of Fort Mill; her siblings, Kenny Dover of Fort Mill, Hailey Atkins of Fort Mill and Taylor Meadows of Atlanta; her aunts and uncles, Gerry Whipple of Waxhaw, Jennifer Murphy of Waxhaw, Cynthia Colthrap White of Fort Mill, Joanie Coleman (Steve) of Maryland and Danny Dover (Kathleen) of Fort Mill; her grandfather-in-law Faye Carter of Rock Hill; and her close friend Brian Jamieson.

Memorials may be made to the family for an education fund that will be set-up by the family.
