She is survived by: her husband Robert Wayne Elkins; her children, James David Elkins (Malkara) of Rock Hill, Randy Elkins (Tyhitia) of Rock Hill and Valerie Elkins of Rock Hill; her siblings, Dale Shelley (Hilda) of Green Sea, SC, Gene P. Wallace, Sr. (Alisha) of Hanahan, SC, Chuck Wallace (Mildred) of Ellenboro, NC, Jeanne Moore of York, SC, Beckie Bogard (Leonard) of Oak Grove, KY, Anne Wait (Paul) of Hanahan and Lisa Lemacks of North Charleston, SC; and her grandchildren, Ashley Bouknight, Isiah Elkins and Grace Elkins.
