She was predeceased by: her parents, H. C. Fowler and Geneva Farell Fowler. She is survived by: her husband George William Boulware, Jr.; her children, Billy Boulware of Rock Hill and Ashley Bizzell of Rock Hill; her grandchildren, Kendall Bizzell Horne (Shane), Anna Grace Bizzell, Bailey Boulware and Kadie Boulware; her great grandchildren, Liam Horne, Anna Claire Coley, Amelia Coley, Avery Coley, Alyssa Coley and Jackson Sutton; her sister Donna Cardell (Keith); and her niece Debra Cardell.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Mrs. Boulware's name to the York County Council on Aging, Meals on Wheels, 917 Standard St, Rock Hill, SC 29730.
