He was predeceased by: his parent Jerry Wayne Mallard. He is survived by: his mother Ann Marie Threatt Mallard of Fort Mill, SC; his brothers, Billy Ray Mallard of Fort Mill, SC and James Smith Mallard of Lancaster, SC; and his cousin Dale Munn. He is also survived by four nephews, four nieces.
