Joseph Boatwright Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joseph Boatwright of Rock Hill, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 28, 2025 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Joseph leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Boatwright and Kathrine Locklair Boatwright; and his sisters, Pansy Austin and Patricia Stauffer. He is survived by: his siblings, Brenda Mahadeo (Sukhdeo) of Hickory, NC and Richard L. Boatwright (Linda). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Grandview Memorial Park (620 S Cherry Rd, Rock Hill, SC 29732).
