He is survived by: his wife Carol Wallace Westbrook; his sons, John Westbrook (Joy) of Rock Hill and Jeff Westbrook (Meredith) of Rock Hill; his grandchildren, John Martin Westbrook, Matthew William Westbrook and Abigail Westbrook; his brothers, Charlie Westbrook Sr. of Rock Hill and Howard Westbrook "Chief"; his sister-in-law Peggy W. Westbrook of Summerville, SC; and his sister Carolyn Brackett of Rock Hill.
