He was predeceased by: his son Brian Bailey; his parents, Thomas Bell Tilley and Isabell Emma Tilley; and his sister Patricia Ann Tilley. He is survived by: his wife Kim Buchanan Tilley; his children, Lisa Melton of Rock Hill, Wendy Towery of Rock Hill, Tommy Harrington (Julia), Sandy Demskie (Andrew) of Melissa, Dan Bailey (Bethany) of Ravena and Laura Bailey (Brian) of Ravena; his grandchildren, Blake Melton, Daniel Melton, Ivie Carnes, Scottie Marie Carnes, Tyler Sexton, Alexis Adams, Braylon Adams, Alexandria Harrington, Jason Harrington, Joe Harrington, Alyson Demskie and AJ Demskie; his great grandchild Adalyn Melton; his niece Sue Zilka (Frank); his close friends, Mick Elliott (Carol) and Frank Chmielewski (Donna); and also Hunter Adams.
