He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny R. Neely, Sr. and Peggy Adams Neely. He is survived by: his daughter Cassidy Neely Howie; and his sisters, Cindy Nelson (David) of Babson Park, FL and Laurie Gainey of Rock Hill, SC. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
