It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Monteith of Rock Hill, South Carolina, who passed away on August 20, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Granville Richard Monteith and Ida Walker Monteith. He is survived by: his wife Jean Monteith; his sons, John Monteith Jr. (Marilyn) of Rock Hill, Scott Monteith (Bridgette) of Clover, SC and Dean Monteith (Neely) of Rock Hill; and his sister Pat Whitley (Wink) of Fort Mill, SC. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
