She is survived by: her children, Dona Jo Ramsey (Don) and Dr. Mark G.; her grandchildren, Dr. Brian Hughes (Iva), Hailey Bailey (Dan), Hannah Gore (Chris) and Michael McGinn (Rob); her great grandchildren, Ayden, Brady Hughes, James, Norah Grace, Charlotte Bailey, Bellamy, Hollis and Isla Gore; and her siblings, Shirley Haught (Kenny) of New Martinsville, WV, Ruth Tockman (Albert) of Potomac, MD and French Cozart (June) of New Martinsville, WV.
Joan was a teacher for Parker Chiropractic Research Foundation and many state associations.
