Jeffrey Hope Hammond Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeffrey Hope Hammond of Rock Hill, South Carolina, who passed away on June 1, 2024, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Jeffrey may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Jeffrey touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his father Roger Warren Hammond; and his brother Bryan Hammond. He is survived by: his mother Lydia Hope Hammond; his siblings, Marsha Evans (Glen) and Mark Hammond; and his wife Katrina Hammond.
