It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Janice Boulware Oates (Rock Hill, South Carolina), who passed away on August 10, 2019, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George William Boulware, Sr. and Elizabeth Biggars Boulware; and her brother Tom Boulware. She is survived by: her husband David Earl Oates; her children, John Oates (Christina) and Dana Hargrove (Ron); and her siblings, Walter Boulware, Bill Boulware (Judy) and Ann Biggars. She is also survived by four grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
