She was predeceased by: her parents, Worth Ballard and Effie Fish Ballard; and her siblings, Dewey Ballard, Joe Ballard, Marsha Wells and Sandra Walker.
She is survived by: her children, Rickey Bigham (Amy) and Victoria Bigham (William Lively III); her sister Doris Burris; and her grandchildren, Michelle Sealy, Brandi Sealy, Rebecca McAteer (Jake), Ana-Cathryn Bigham (Tariq Caudle) and William Bigham (Lauren Marine). She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
