He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Karen Mary Williams; his children, Jim Williams (Carol) of Dundalk, MD, Michelle Cullen (Tim) of Bel Air, MD and Troy Stower (Amber) of Hanover, PA; his grandchildren, Tayler Williams, Cameryn Williams, Dylan Cullen, Sydney Cullen, Brielle Stower and Teagan Stower; and his siblings, Velva Heinze (Charles), Jane Skrzypiec (Jerry), Pam Leidner (Mark) and Bobby Williams (Pat). He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews and dear friends.
