He was predeceased by: his father James Lee Bailey; and his sons, Robert Wayne Bailey and Thomas Walter Bailey. He is survived by: his sons, William Anthony "Tony" Bailey and James Wayland Bailey (Linda). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren.
