He was predeceased by: his parents, James Arlan Womble and Patsy Anne Sybert Womble; and his aunt Arlys Welch. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Marie Dirks; his children, Abigail, Kevin, Rachel and Abby; his stepmother Barbara Womble; and his cousins, Donna Gregory (Chris), Terry Thomas (Randy) and Mona Harris (Robert).
